Hand-drawn by me.
Hello, my name is
Trazie Hollyhock!
-
Well, my actual name is Nicholas. I am an aspiring creative from Narrm/Melbourne (Australia).
I make music, create art, draw sketches, bake cookies, and chuck cutlery into amps to make a bunch of loud noises... I consider myself an Experimentalist, really.
I have been making music since 2016 on SoundCloud, constantly mixing up genres and styles whilst in high school. I have also been drawing digital art and handmade sketches around that time, continuing to merge my two hobbies into future passion projects.
Technology fails me when it comes to all sorts of digital malarkey, so I resort to analog resources to soothe my eyes and brain. Reading books is one of them.
My favourite dinosaur is the Carnotaurus.
I hope you enjoy my work!

Currently, I operate under two projects:
My main project is the one and only Trazie Hollyhock, an adventurous prehistoric fellow with a knack for diversifying music and tasty watermelons, still kicking it since 2016. Much of my structured, beat-driven music falls under this persona, concocting odd and elaborate experiments with Electronic music genres.
My side project, Nicholas Liakos, is under my real name. It is an honest, stylistic detour from my main project, grounded in reality. I venture into experimental territories: Sound Collage, Ambient, Noise, Musique Concrète and beyond. It was a deliberate separation to explore new and unique sonic worlds without restraint.
I publish almost all of my releases under my imprint, ‘Hollyhock Woven’. It is a collective (not a label) for housing music and souvenirs by Trazie Hollyhock and others. It was conceived in 2019 and adapted from its former concept, Abstract Dreams.
You can find my music through Bandcamp, Subvert, or SoundCloud. Of course, you can also find me through other streaming platforms like Apple Music and TIDAL (but not Spotify).

Absolutely not. This is my first time making a website, so I’m still figuring out the layout and such. It can take a while to expand this site.
I will update a thing or two along the way. In the meantime, this simple layout will do - you’re looking at it now!
